What do I get for my money?

For £290 per annum you get a licence to use an AS Critical Thinking online course for the whole of your school. You can also purchase an A2 course for a discounted fee of £150. Schools get a full 12 months' licence.
There are 26 chapters in the AS Level course. Click here to see the list of new chapters. The A2 course consists of 11 chapters for Unit 3 and 13 chapters for Unit 4. Click here to see the list of A2 chapters

Each unit/chapter contains two parts:

	A Student Area, which can be accessed by all your students once you have received the password
	A Teacher Area, which can be accessed only by staff using the second password which will be issued to you if you decide to adopt the course.

THIS LICENCE AGREEMENT is made BETWEEN (1) CRITICALTHINKINGCOURSE.com LIMITED (‘the Company’)
and (2) (‘the Licensee’)

WHEREBY IT IS AGREED as follows:

1. The Company has prepared an AS level course in Critical Thinking comprising teaching and learning materials (‘the Materials’) and is the owner of the copyright in the Materials.
2. In consideration of an annual fee of £290 (AS level) and £150 (A2 level) the Company grants to the Licensee a non-exclusive licence to use online, download and reproduce for its own use only the Materials subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (‘the Licence’).
3. The Licence shall commence on the payment and unless then renewed will terminate automatically 12 months later when the Licensee shall cease to make any use of the Materials and destroy any retained copies of the same.
4. The notice asserting the Company’s copyright in the Materials shall not be removed or varied without the prior written consent of the Company.
5. The Company believes that the content of the Materials is correct but does not guarantee the accuracy of the Materials or that use of the same will ensure success in the AS/A2 level examination.
6. The Licensee shall promptly notify the Company of any actual or threatened infringement of the copyright in the Materials and undertakes to ensure that the password to and any part of the Materials is not transferred to any party other than the Licensee’s authorised staff and/or students.
7. The Licence is personal to the Licensee and may be used only by its authorised staff and/or students and may not be assigned or transferred to any other party.
8. The Licensee indemnifies the Company against any loss or liability incurred as a result of any breach of this Agreement on the part of the Licensee.
9. This Agreement shall be subject to and construed in accordance with English law.
